Job Summary
Senior Consultant at The Gunter Group in Denver (hybrid work environment with periodic travel). Lead and deliver high-impact client engagements by guiding workstreams, collaborating with consulting teams, and applying structured methodologies to turn unstructured challenges into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Drive client growth and expand engagements by partnering with client leadership, work with stakeholders across levels, and leverage expertise in project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, and related domains. Collaborate with a team of consultants and engage with partners, principals, and account leaders to deliver outstanding client service while developing professionally. The role emphasizes ownership of workstreams, delivery leadership when needed, and the ability to adapt across individual contributor, team, or project-led delivery within client environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of consulting or related experience
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience partnering with business and technology teams
- ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred but not required
