Job Summary
Lead and guide executive-level initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and mission objectives. Apply advanced project management principles to plan, execute, monitor, and close complex projects. Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and lead re-engineering efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and performance. Develop strategic recommendations and present findings to executive leadership. Review project deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with established standards. Provide executive coaching and advisory support to senior leaders on project management best practices and organizational transformation initiatives. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution. This contingent role supports Goldbelt Glacier's healthcare delivery and force health readiness across military, federal, and civilian landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and advise senior leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higher
- Ability to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
