Job Summary
Senior Consultant, FP&A to join our Professional Services team in London. Lead design and implementation of FP&A and enterprise planning solutions for clients across multiple industries; facilitate discovery workshops; translate FP&A requirements into functional solution designs; support configuration and validation of planning models, data integration, and reporting frameworks; manage project workstreams and client satisfaction. Advise on budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, workforce planning, opex, capex, revenue planning, and management reporting; assess current-state processes and recommend future-state operating models; support finance transformation initiatives; help clients establish KPIs, driver-based planning, and scenario planning. Build strong relationships with finance leaders and executive stakeholders; present recommendations and project updates; mentor junior consultants; contribute to pre-sales activities, demonstrations, solution scoping, and proposal development; stay current with trends in FP&A, analytics, AI, and enterprise performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, EPM consulting, finance transformation, or enterprise planning solutions. Board experience is highly desirable
- Experience delivering finance or planning transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
