Job Summary
Lead regulatory transformation projects for banks and insurers by translating MaRisk, BAIT, and DORA requirements into functional architectures and process logic. Act as a sparring partner for technical and executive leadership, moderating decisions between board and development teams to drive implementation. Design tomoro's methodologies and AI-driven compliance tools while delivering complex change initiatives from concept to production. Manage work packages across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business models, IT, and regulation.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche oder im Beratungsumfeld
- echte Tiefe in IT-Compliance
- echte Tiefe in Projektmanagement
- echte Tiefe in Test- oder Migrationsthemen
- Ein wirtschafts-, naturwissenschaftliches oder informationstechnisches Studium oder eine bankfachliche Ausbildung
- Souveränes Auftreten in Deutsch
- idealerweise auch in Englisch
