Senior Consultant Financial Performance & Strategy

Job Summary
Rethink client finance organizations and build foundations for strong business and financial controllership. Regain control over financial impacts of business processes while improving closing, consolidation, and the effectiveness of plans, budgets, and forecasts. Actively contribute to Sia's internal activities by developing the firm's financial performance and strategy offer and participating in commercial business development initiatives. This role requires a Master's degree in applied economics or related fields with 3 to 6 years of consultancy experience, knowledge in financial strategy and process optimization, and language skills in French, Dutch, and English. Candidates must be prepared for temporary assignments abroad and possess an analytical mind capable of synthesizing options into conclusions.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
- 3 to 6 years' experience within a consultancy firm
- Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization
- Outstanding team player and good communication skills
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer
- Language skills: French, Dutch and English
- Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
