Senior Consultant Financial Performance & Strategy

Job Summary
Rethink client finance organizations and build foundations for strong business and financial controllership. Regain control over financial impacts of business processes while improving closing, consolidation, and the effectiveness of plans, budgets, and forecasts. Actively contribute to Sia's internal activities by developing the firm's offer through interpreting financial performance and strategy, and drive business development by defining needs and participating in commercial initiatives. This role requires a Master's degree in applied economics or related fields, 3 to 6 years of consultancy experience, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English. Candidates must be prepared for temporary assignments abroad in France or The Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
- 3 to 6 years' experience within a consultancy firm
- Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization
- Outstanding team player and good communication skills
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
- You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer
- Language skills: French, Dutch and English
- Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
- We are unable to provide a work permit for this position
