Job Summary
Join our Financial Due Diligence practice as a Senior Consultant to perform due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, focusing on Quality of Earnings, analyzing working capital and cash flows, and interpreting financial statements under GAAP. Collaborate with internal teams and client executives to deliver comprehensive client presentations using advanced Excel analytics and tools like Power BI and Alteryx. The role requires 2-6 years of experience, a strong understanding of financial analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of professional experience in audit and/or financial due diligence, preferably within Big 4 or similar firms
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- CPA highly preferred (inactive status acceptable)
- CFA
- Advanced degrees well regarded
