Job Summary
Senior Consultant - Finance Business Partner at Deloitte. Works closely with the Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner and serves the Management Team across all financial aspects. Prepare analyses and provide key insights for leaders to act on. Analyze financial results of global strategic initiatives and their impact on annual and long-term planning and forecasts. Assist in supporting the planning and control cycle to embed strategic goals. Prepare reports that include analyses and key highlights for management and other stakeholders. Translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive decision-making and process improvements. The Finance Business Partnering team aims to be a trusted business partner for realizing Deloitte’s strategy through actionable insights, transparency, and flexibility. We work from multiple offices and from home, with a weekly visit to offices in Utrecht, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. We operate with a hybrid remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- universitair of bachelor's diploma in finance (bedrijfseconomie/accountancy)
- minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een management accounting/junior controller rol
- uitstekende kennis van MS Office
- bewezen ervaring met ERP- en data-analysesystemen of planningssystemen
- uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
