Job Summary
Senior Consultant for facilities and construction consulting supporting non-acute clients. Lead engagements from project initiation through completion, analyze construction and facility maintenance categories, align opportunities with Vizient supplier contracts, manage RFP processes and supplier evaluations, coordinate with client teams and third-party contractors, benchmark pricing against contracts, review purchasing and contracting processes with risk/compliance teams, review drawings and specifications to support contract utilization tracking, cultivate supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, design and execute project work plans, provide status updates, and track realized savings. Requires ability to travel regularly; proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience across facilities, construction, medical equipment, and related fields; strong presentation and communication skills; able to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in non-acute sales, account management, hospitality, capital medical equipment, facilities, construction, estimating, IT products, or related fields.
- Experience facilitating client discussions and guiding decision-making in complex environments.
- Proficiency in AI technology, Excel, and Power BI required.
