Senior Consultant, Executive Reward

The position emphasizes analytical rigor, data-driven insights, and collaboration with Mercer’s Reward team, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three in-office days per week. Candidates should bring substantial experience in executive compensation or related fields, plus relevant professional qualifications, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong written and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
