Job Summary
Senior Consultant – Executive Recruitment Support to manage end-to-end executive search engagements; collaborate with hiring executives to define role requirements and candidate profiles; perform market mapping and targeted sourcing; evaluate candidate fit through interviews and behavioral assessments; coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks; draft candidate profiles and progress updates for clients and leadership; maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM; support onboarding and transition planning for executive-level hires; stay informed on industry talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment, executive search, or senior-level talent acquisition.
- Proven experience supporting or leading searches for director-level and above positions.
- Strong ability to evaluate leadership competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and client service orientation.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
