Job Summary
Senior Consultant, Envelope Restoration needed to lead and grow building envelope/restoration services in the Facade/Enclosure domain. Responsibilities include managing IRA rope-access inspectors and FISP projects, conducting forensic review and analysis of facade designs, preparing bid documents and construction administration, coordinating with internal teams on budgets and timelines, maintaining client relationships, and delivering reports on project activity. Requires extensive experience in building envelope/enclosure and restoration projects, SPRAT certification, and a degree in Architecture or Engineering with professional licensure (Architect/PE). Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills essential; ability to mentor staff and present technical papers/case studies. Salary range: $120,000–$145,000 with equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
- SPRAT certification
- Registered Architect or Professional Engineer
- Minimum 8 years of experience with building envelope/enclosure restoration
- Experience with industrial rope
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Architectural design theories/concepts and local codes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Inspection certificates preferred
