Job Summary
Develop and review AI-generated code to ensure production readiness, accuracy, and alignment with business intent while leveraging tools like Copilot to accelerate delivery. Build solutions adhering to defined architectures, integration patterns, and enterprise standards, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks early in the lifecycle. Support the full development workflow from design through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive front-end, API, and data components. Write and review code to maintain scalability and performance, preventing technical debt through robust engineering practices and testing support. Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, contributing ideas to enhance the team's AI-assisted engineering approach.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in software engineering

- Experience across full-stack development (UI, APIs, data)
- Experience in modern technology environments
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, agentic coding tools)
