Job Summary
Advise enterprise customers on designing, implementing, and modernizing OpenText Content Management solutions, including xECM platforms and cloud-based technologies. Conduct detailed requirements analysis to evaluate business processes and develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical documentation. Support pre-sales activities through technical workshops, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations while providing guidance on industry best practices. Collaborate with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions and assist with technical escalations. Requires German and English fluency, Java/XML/Python/SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with Large Language Models and vector databases. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies, including document, content, records, or process management solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of Java (or a comparable programming language), XML, JSON, Python, SQL, and application servers
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, and vector databases
- Professional fluency in both German and English
