Job Summary
Lead projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing. Provide consulting services to global organizations on HCM best practices and assist with migrations to SAP HCM Cloud solutions. Conduct design workshops with clients, ensure high-quality system configurations, and facilitate successful module integrations. Clearly document business processes and transfer knowledge for ongoing maintenance and support. Stay current with new SAP releases to maintain certification expertise.
