Job Summary
Senior Consultant in Change Management to independently pilot end-to-end change initiatives, from diagnostics and strategy through adoption and governance. Responsible for defining change strategies, building large-scale adoption mechanisms, development of training and mobilization plans, and facilitating workshops with client leadership. Must manage relationships with clients, guide junior consultants, contribute to business development, and operate on international transformation programs with strong focus on human aspects of change and stakeholder engagement. English proficiency required; Prosci certification is a plus. Role involves leading and coordinating across the full value chain of change programs, including governance, communications, and measurement of adoption and engagement, with emphasis on delivering sustainable organizational change.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Change Management
- English proficiency (oral and written)
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating groups
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience in consulting or large organizations in Switzerland valued
- Prosci certification would be an asset
