Manage digital transformation projects for clients from concept creation to Go-Live, leading initiatives that develop future-proof IT-supported strategies. Analyze IT-enabled customer processes to identify pain points and define optimized workflows using digital tools, while selecting and implementing business software tailored to specific industry requirements. Communicate with diverse stakeholders, including customers and software vendors, to facilitate project execution and conduct workshops for presentations. Prepare and document improvement measures and solutions systematically. Operate within a cross-functional team at a spin-off of the University of Würzburg, leveraging interdisciplinary expertise in business administration, computer science, and economic informatics to drive organizational change.
