Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist responsible for designing and executing data science projects, partnering with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven strategies, overseeing data acquisition and integration for quality data, applying machine learning and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems, guiding deployment and integration of predictive models into business applications, optimizing model performance over time, presenting findings to executives, mentoring junior and senior team members, and influencing data governance and best practices within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in predictive analytics
- Experience with Python, R, or Scala
- 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience applying machine learning techniques including deep learning and NLP
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based solutions
- Proficiency with AWS for large-scale data processing, analytics, and deployment
- Experience translating business problems into data science solutions
- Experience implementing CI/CD in data science pipelines
- Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading projects within Agile Scrum frameworks
