Job Summary
Lead an international, multifunctional Data Engineering & Data Architecture team, driving complex data-driven business solutions. Oversee project and account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Consult clients strategically and technically on planning, development, and enhancement of modern data solutions. Collaborate closely with product teams in a cloud-based environment to develop visions and implement roadmaps. Foster an open, positive team culture focused on motivation, responsibility, and appreciation.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture
- Experience in Cloud environments
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
