Job Summary
Senior Consultant / Consultant, SAP AI Workflow & Orchestration Developer responsible for designing and delivering AI-enabled workflows and intelligent process automation across SAP environments. Build and support solutions using SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Business Technology Platform, integrate AI services into workflows, and implement routing, approvals, escalations, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop controls. Contribute to client-facing innovation programs, prototype demonstrations, and reusable orchestration patterns while collaborating with architects, developers, and functional teams to translate business use cases into production-ready technical components. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience with SAP automation tools, API integration, and enterprise workflow design. Quebec location requires bilingual French and English capabilities; role supports a hybrid work model in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with workflow automation, process orchestration, or intelligent automation platforms
- Experience with SAP Build Process Automation or related tools
- Experience integrating AI services into workflows or business processes
- Familiarity with approval flows, routing logic, exception handling, and enterprise process controls
- Exposure to document-driven processes and AI-assisted task execution
- Experience with APIs, service integration, and secure enterprise connectivity
- Ability to work across business and technical teams to implement practical solutions
