Job Summary
Design and deploy Quality & Manufacturing applications for life sciences clients by conducting workshops, collaborating with QA, business, and IT teams, and translating requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications. Lead solution strategy using out-of-the-box Veeva eQMS best practices while contributing to sprint planning and Agile methodology to drive continuous delivery. Represent Professional Services across engagements covering solution design, configuration, data migration, and systems integration, ensuring customer success from engagement start to finish. This remote, full-time role requires a legally authorized candidate in India with 5+ years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst in regulated life sciences environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life science, computer science, or related degree
- 5+ years as a Business / Functional Analyst with Veeva eQMS application in a regulated life sciences/pharma environment
- Strong understanding of Veeva eQMS, with a particular focus on Deviation, Change Control, Lab Investigations (OOS/OOT), Audits and SQM processes
- Hands-on experience with Veeva tasks (e.g., Process configuration, user management, metadata, workflows)
- Solid analytical and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to act with speed to understand business requirements and willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' to design and implement a solution
- Must be legally authorized to be employed in India
- Must be able to meet future travel requirements
