Job Summary
Consultant / Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Capital & Program Advisory team in Perth, delivering structured problem solving, data-driven analysis and actionable insights across strategy, transformation and operational improvement engagements for asset-intensive industries; responsibilities include framing problems, leading analysis, delivering executive-ready outputs, designing operating models and transformation initiatives, engaging stakeholders, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to internal culture and capability development.
Required Qualifications
- Consultant (~2 - 4 years) and Senior Consultant (5 - 7+ years) experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or operational improvement roles
- Strong structured problem-solving capability
- Experience leading analysis and synthesising complex information into clear insights
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop executive-ready materials
- Experience in asset-intensive industries (energy, mining, infrastructure) is highly regarded
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and/or digital solutions (e.g. Excel, Power BI, analytics platforms)
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability
- Curious and proactive, bringing new ideas and perspectives
- Thrives in collaborative environments and has experience working in teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
