Senior Consultant - Compensation Consulting

Job Summary
Create project plans based on client scope, secure sign-off from the Project Manager and client team, and schedule meetings with client points of contact. Monitor and report progress against deliverables, escalate delivery delays to the Project Manager, and present recommended solutions to clients. Modify solutions per client recommendations within Mercer's framework, liaise with Finance to raise invoices, and track project payments. Identify key clients, meet prospective clients to present solutions and create proposals, and interact with clients for preliminary information and deliverables. Build strong working relationships to establish yourself as a key point of contact and ensure engagement beyond project delivery to grow wallet share.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent
- 4 -6 years of experience post qualification
- Relevant experience in compensation domain
- Prior consulting experience
- Human Resources experience
- Experience expertise in Compensation & Benefit
- Good understanding of various areas in HR
- Comfort with numbers
- Understanding of compensation terminology
- High proficiency with excel
- Data analytics
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be available for at least three days a week in the office
