Senior Consultant - Compensation Consulting

Job Summary
Create project plans based on client scope, schedule meetings with client contacts, and monitor progress against deliverables while escalating delays to the Project Manager. Present recommended solutions to clients, modify proposals as required, and build strong working relationships to establish yourself as a key point of contact. Liaise with Finance to raise invoices and track payments on a timely basis. Identify key clients in the assigned industry segment, meet prospective clients, and interact for preliminary information to grow wallet share. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office in Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent
- 4 -6 years of experience post qualification
- Relevant experience in compensation domain
- Human Resources
- experience expertise in Compensation & Benefit
- Good understanding of various areas in HR
- comfort with numbers
- understanding of compensation terminology
- High proficiency with excel
- data analytics
- Dynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- working at least three days a week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- prior consulting experience
