Job Summary
Senior Consultant in Commercial Property Tax/Valuation responsible for researching and analyzing property tax data, assisting with assessment review and appeals, producing reports, and delivering high-quality client service. Requires knowledge of valuation approaches (cost, sales comparison, income), ability to analyze market and comparable data, and strong communication skills. Local candidate in Orlando preferred with ability to come into the office 3–4 times per week; role involves teamwork, client interactions, and supporting firm revenue objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Real Estate, Business Management, Public Administration, MIS/Entrepreneurship, International Business or other degree with MBA, MST or JD
- One to three years of property tax or tax related experience
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Valid driver's license required
