Job Summary
Senior Consultant role at BlastX Consulting focused on CDP strategy and activation. Lead CDP client engagements end-to-end, from defining strategy to designing, implementing, and activating CDP solutions across platforms (Adobe Real-Time CDP, Tealium, Hightouch, and more). Guide data governance, privacy, and best practices; shape roadmaps for scaling personalization and activation; define scopes of work; ensure high-quality delivery; mentor teammates; and contribute to thought leadership and client-facing insights. Requires hands-on Adobe CDP expertise, 5+ years in a consulting or client-facing environment, strong audience strategy/activation skills, and proven ability to translate CDP capabilities into business value. Fully remote for US-based teammates; salary range $120,000–$160,000 USD annually DOE; US work authorization required without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Adobe CDP, including building audiences and activating customer data
- 5+ years working with CDPs in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of audience strategy and activation
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead client conversations, influence decisions, and translate CDP capabilities into business value
- Experience leading conversations with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and translating technical concepts into business value
- Experience applying CDP concepts across platforms such as Tealium, Hightouch, or similar tools
- Comfort working across both strategy and execution, from shaping solution approaches and scopes of work to delivering and guiding implementations
- Mentoring team members and contributing to a strong team environment
- Deep expertise in how customer data is structured, unified, and activated across channels
