Job Summary
Advise banks, asset managers, and financial service providers on capital market transformation, operational execution, and strategic business model alignment. Support investment firms with investment processes, regulatory reporting, compliance, and digital landscape modernization. Develop concepts for efficiency and yield improvement while optimizing processes and assisting clients with IT automation and system modernization. Guide clients through capital market architecture, transaction reporting, clearing, settlement, and derivative processes. Actively engage with current innovations such as AI, blockchain, and tokenization, as well as regulatory initiatives like MiFID and T+1 settlement. Assume increasing project responsibility, manage work packages, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Contribute to client workshops, proposal processes, and the development of the service portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Economics, (Economics) Informatics or a comparable field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in Asset & Investment Management, Capital Markets business or in a comparable advisory function
- Knowledge of central investment products, securities and/or derivatives and a good understanding of Front-to-Back or End-to-End process chains
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to advise customers on-site
Desired Qualifications
- Additional qualifications such as CFA, FRM or CAIA
- Experience with market-standard capital markets or capital investment systems such as SimCorp, Clearwater, Bloomberg, Xentis or Aladdin
- IT affinity and interest in data, system architectures, automation and regulatory issues in the capital markets environment
- Structured, customer-oriented and self-responsible working style, enjoyment of conceptual work and desire to take responsibility in the project environment
