Job Summary
Conduct structured interviews, workshops, and validation sessions with business and technology stakeholders to lead discovery, process analysis, and requirements development for complex enterprise-transformation initiatives. Translate operational inputs into accurate process maps, gap analyses, and actionable recommendations that balance operational needs, policy constraints, and implementation feasibility. Independently produce polished, executive-ready deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, and selection recommendations while managing assigned work to agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards. Support vendor-neutral evaluations, implementation estimates, and testing strategies across ERP domains such as HCM, payroll, financials, and supply chain. Build reusable methods, templates, and knowledge assets to improve future delivery and proposal quality while representing the firm professionally with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in business transformation, enterprise systems, ERP or HCM consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or technology-enabled operating-model change
- At least three years in a client-facing consulting or equivalent advisory role with responsibility for independently producing and presenting client deliverables
- Demonstrated experience leading discovery, process mapping, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, validation, and stakeholder facilitation for complex initiatives
- Direct experience with HCM, payroll, timekeeping, or workforce transformation, together with exposure to at least one additional enterprise domain such as financials, procurement, supply chain, EPM, data, integrations, or security and controls
- Experience supporting at least two stages of the enterprise-system lifecycle, such as assessment, selection, design, implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, recovery, or optimization
- Strong business writing and analytical skills, including the ability to organize ambiguous information into concise, accurate, executive-ready work products
- Ability to work effectively with executives, managers, operational teams, technical teams, vendors, and third-party delivery partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and practical experience with process-mapping, requirements-management, collaboration, presentation, and project-delivery tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, public administration, human resources, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered
- Ability to work in the United States and satisfy background, confidentiality, security, or client-access requirements applicable to assigned engagements
Desired Qualifications
- Public-sector, education, government, regulated-industry, unionized-workforce, or other complex multi-stakeholder experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, UKG, Infor, Tyler, or comparable enterprise systems
- Experience supporting competitive procurements, RFP development, vendor demonstrations, evaluation governance, or contract-transition readiness
- Experience with distressed-program assessment, remediation, implementation recovery, or post-go-live stabilization
- Working knowledge of data conversion, integrations, identity and access, segregation of duties, reporting, cybersecurity, change management, or implementation controls
- Relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, SHRM, CPP, or an enterprise-platform credential
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Candidates based in Southern Nevada are strongly preferred
- The role is expected to operate in a hybrid model combining remote work, Executive Option collaboration, and on-site client delivery as required
- Ability to travel up to approximately 30% is expected, with occasional higher travel during major workshops, deployment milestones, or client-critical periods
- The role requires flexibility to support client deadlines and time zones
- Occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend work may be necessary during critical milestones
