Senior Consultant – Business Resilience & Digital Risk m/f

Senior Consultant in Business Resilience & Digital Risk based in Milan for a hybrid role. You will define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks in Cyber Security and Business Resilience using frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and CER Directive; conduct Risk Assessment and Risk Quantification with data analysis and automated reporting (Power BI); support Business Continuity Management systems and client journeys; perform Business Impact Analyses and define continuity strategies; develop risk indicators and monitoring dashboards (KRI, KPI); build innovative tools for top-management decision-making (AI, Power Automate, Python); analyze megatrends and crisis management solutions; support regulatory adoption and AI risk management; collaborate across practices and evolve delivery capabilities. Fluency in Italian and English; Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics; strong analytical and interpersonal skills; willingness to work in a hybrid Milan-based setting. Office-based hybrid policy with three days per week in the office.
