Senior Consultant - Business Analyst at Civiteq responsible for leading or supporting end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and solution design on transformation programmes including ERP/CRM. You’ll analyse business needs, elicit and document requirements, map current and future states, translate needs into functional specifications, facilitate workshops, manage workstreams with agile or waterfall methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, practical outcomes. The role emphasizes client relationship building, governance, change adoption, and the development of methodologies and thought leadership. Fully remote with travel to client sites; flexible hybrid options are available.
