Job Summary
Senior Consultant to design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) reporting within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Develop Pixel Perfect, operational, management, regulatory, audit, and project reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion reporting tools across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, PPM, SCM, and HCM. Build data models, write SQL queries, and develop parameter-driven reports; create XML/RTF/Excel/PDF/eText templates; develop bursting reports for automated distribution; enable data extraction for integrations (OIC, Primavera Unifier, OPC, third-party systems); convert OTBI analyses to BI Publisher reports; collaborate with business users to define KPIs; support quarterly Oracle updates and UAT; mentor junior consultants; ensure security and data access controls; provide documentation and design specs; troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related discipline
- Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Fusion certifications preferred
- 5–8 years of Oracle reporting experience
- Minimum 3 years of Oracle Fusion BI Publisher experience
- Experience in at least 2–3 Oracle Fusion implementation projects
- Strong expertise in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
- Strong SQL and query-writing skills
- Knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT
- Understanding of Fusion Security and RBAC
- Experience supporting reporting across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, PPM, SCM, HCM
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier reporting and integrations (preferred)
- Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) (advantage)
- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Utilities, Construction, or Water Industry projects (advantage)
- Bachelor’s Degree-related credentials; Oracle BI Publisher and Fusion certifications preferred
