Job Summary
Lead end-to-end functional implementations of Ridgeline's enterprise cloud software for investment management customers, designing, configuring, and deploying workflows across the investment lifecycle; act as a strategic partner to clients—identifying and deploying back-office processes with a focus on reconciliation, portfolio accounting, and data migration; develop deep product and industry expertise to ensure customers realize value from Ridgeline’s software; collaborate with integration teams to align system integrations with business needs; create scalable tools and templates for repeatable implementations; mentor junior team members and contribute to a learning-oriented, transparent culture; evangelize Ridgeline’s value proposition to external stakeholders; travel domestically up to 20%; leverage AI tools to improve implementation efficiency and adoption; participate in feedback loops with Product and Engineering to drive feature enhancements; engage in customer go-lives and provide solutions for complex back-office challenges across the investment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of investment management software implementation experience in a customer-facing role
- Deep knowledge of portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and investment reporting workflows
- Understanding of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX
- Experience with customer training, escalations, and solution delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies quickly
- High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace
- Bonus: Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations
- Bonus: Familiarity with Agile principles and SDLC
- Bonus: Exposure to tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, and Kantata
- Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, AWS, and serverless technologies
