Job Summary
Senior Consultant (SEEBURGER BIS) in Chennai responsible for application support and BIS administration of the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite. Role includes installation, configuration, deployment, monitoring, trouble-shooting, and ensuring performance, availability, and scalability of the infrastructure. Requires expertise in SEEBURGER BIS, MFT/EDI platforms, L1-L3 production support, cloud integration, LDAP, encryption, multi-node HA, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with customers and global teams. Candidate should have strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, ISO20022), integrations with components like TIBCO, IBM, Oracle, Axway, Dell Boomi, and familiarity with XML/JSON messaging, REST/SOAP APIs, and related tooling (JIRA, Remedy, SNOW).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Seeburger BIS suites
- Experience with B2B/MFT/API/ESB solutions (TIBCO, Software AG, IBM, Axway, Mulesoft, CA, Apigee, Dell Boomi, Oracle)
- Familiarity with message standards like: JSON, XML (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO20022), EDIFACT, X12, TRADACOMS
- Experience on cloud providers like AWS, Azure and GCP
- Proficiency with UNIX, LINUX and Windows platforms connecting to servers via Putty, Tera term and WinSCP
- Good IT knowledge (network, server operating systems, application servers)
- Experience in incident management as well as good knowledge in dealing with IT service applications
- Experience with Java and/or REST API
- Experience in EDI standards, mapping, integration methods, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization
