Job Summary
Lead the development and governance of an Integrated Health Solutions knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring methodologies and best practices are systematically captured and maintained. Design and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that improve knowledge accessibility, consulting productivity, and delivery consistency. Drive scalable consulting delivery through standardized toolkits, governance frameworks, and reusable assets across multiple markets. Partner with consulting teams across EurAsia to convert project learnings, client insights, and market intelligence into AI-ready content and reusable knowledge assets. Promote adoption of knowledge assets, AI capabilities, and best practices across consulting and commercial teams to improve efficiency and delivery quality at scale. This remote role within Western Europe includes approximately 30% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, including strategy development, implementation, and results delivery
- Experience developing or managing knowledge management frameworks, digital platforms, or reusable consulting methodologies
- Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or digital solutions to improve business processes, knowledge management, or consulting delivery
- Strong project management experience, including stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Professional English communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
- Remote work capability within Western Europe
- Approximately 30% travel availability
