Job Summary
Senior Consultant in AECOM Advisory to define, lead and manage multiple tasks within a workstream; apply solution frameworks, conduct baseline assessments, and perform secondary research; conduct stakeholder interviews with C-suite and senior management; build and review financial models (DCF, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR) and perform market sizing/penetration analysis; leverage ArcGIS, Python, Tableau for data-driven insights; produce highly-polished executive decks and narratives; contribute to business development; supervise junior team members; ensure risk management and compliance; role located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, or Chicago with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of management consulting or related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-service mindset
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews with C-suite and senior management
- Proficiency with financial modelling (DCF, CBA, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR)
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (ArcGIS, Python, Tableau, Excel)
- Ability to create executive-ready decks and narrative content
- Willingness to contribute to business development and client-context research
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of management consulting or related experience
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with data science analytical techniques and geospatial datasets (ArcGIS)
- Proficiency with Stata, R, Python and other programming languages
- Experience in corporate or enterprise/organizational assessment and infrastructure/economic development domains
- Strong interpersonal and client-service skills
- Ability to produce executive-ready decks and long-form narratives
- Experience with financial modelling (DCF, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR) and economic evaluation
