Senior Consultant, Advisory

Senior Consultant in AECOM Advisory leading multi-task workstreams, applying solution frameworks to deconstruct and analyze client problems, leveraging AI tools for baseline assessments, and conducting stakeholder interviews with C-suite and senior management. Builds and analyzes financial models (DCF, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, CAGR) and performs market sizing, segmentation, and cost-benefit analyses. Synthesizes diverse inputs into coherent insights across formats (slides, narratives, playbooks, dashboards) and contributes to business development through solutions architecture, technical writing, pitch decks, and client-context research. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; emphasizes curiosity, client-service mindset, high-tempo work environment, self-direction, attention to detail, and strong quantitative and verbal communication skills.
