Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Active pharmacist licensure
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health system pharmacy
- 3 years in formal leadership position
- Successful completion of a HSPAL residency training program
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH, MHA)
- Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 or specialty residency
- Board certification
- Experience in project management
