Job Summary
Senior Construction Supervisor responsible for directly supervising workers and subcontractors, organizing day-to-day on-site activities, planning and managing project bookings to meet timelines, and ensuring quality outputs while fostering a Zero Harm safety culture. Requires driving licence, construction experience, ability to lead teams under tight deadlines, familiarity with DIT specifications (advantageous), and comfort working with contractors. Tools include scheduling, on-site program management, and a focus on safety, leadership development opportunities, and a collaborative culture. Tool of Trade vehicle provided. Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted driver’s licence
- Construction tickets (roller, skid steer, excavator, EWP) are not essential but will be viewed favourably
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience working with construction contractors
- Previous construction experience; leading hand roles highly desirable
- Knowledge of DIT specifications is advantageous
