Job Summary
Plan and coordinate all construction operations, logistics, and schedule functions to ensure project delivery dates are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to adhere to standards while managing permits, inspections, and sourced trade partners. Lead the construction operations team, including executives and developers, to oversee safety compliance, quality assurance, and site maintenance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports reflecting progress, weather, and manpower levels for senior corporate and municipal review. This traveling role requires stationing near the jobsite for 18 to 24 months across multifamily developments in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, and Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction superintendent experience with extensive wood frame experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- First Aid/CPR certified
- High level of ability with Procore
- Strong leadership qualities
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Must be able to travel and station themselves near the jobsite for the duration of the project, usually between 18 to 24 months
