Senior Construction Superintendent

Plan and organize work to maximize crew productivity by establishing staffing and work plans for each project phase. Supervise field managers, schedule manpower and equipment, and mentor them to lead crews effectively. Monitor progress to ensure schedule and financial goals are met while reviewing job costs with the Project Manager and implementing adjustments. Demonstrate technical proficiency in heavy civil disciplines such as bridge, highway, excavation, or concrete, and inspect construction to ensure quality standards. Follow the safety program by preplanning exposures, enforcing PPE, and investigating accidents. Coordinate with field managers, other superintendents, and the customer to implement successful project plans.
