Senior Construction Scheduler - Data Centers

Senior Construction Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off; collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to validate sequencing and schedule feasibility; create/update multiple schedules for various scopes; conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration; implement recovery strategies to meet milestones and contractual obligations; lead schedule review meetings with updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses; establish and report on KPIs to monitor progress and forecasting; integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules; support project controls including earned value analysis, change orders, and claims documentation; ensure adherence to client scheduling standards and best practices; assist with transition from Microsoft Project to P6 EPPM; SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable; Bachelor’s degree in related field; Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency; strong CPM knowledge; data center experience preferred; PMP/AACE/ PMI-SP certifications are a plus.
