Job Summary
Manage and track Early Warning Notifications, risk management, and change management processes for large-scale data centre construction projects. Host meetings with key stakeholders to review submissions, escalate breaches of thresholds, and ensure all supporting documentation is provided for change approval. Maintain the client database, prepare status reports for monthly project updates, and report on the total project contingency budget versus actual spend. Engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic impact assessments and ensure accurate costing and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline, where you have championed Risk & Change Management.
- Have experience in large-scale complex construction projects.
- Are fluent in English language both orally and written.
- Are currently living or looking to move to Belgium (you must have the legal right to work already).
- Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your priorities and deadlines.
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
