Job Summary
Senior-level construction project leadership responsible for managing stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chains), tracking milestones, ensuring governance and best-practice application, producing formal status reports, coordinating multiple construction projects, managing interfaces with suppliers, maintaining design-standard compliance, providing cost control and constructability guidance, and delivering client-focused project outcomes. Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and related construction project management tools; strong communication and organizational skills; on-site presence may adapt to client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
