Senior Construction Project Manager - TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

Job Summary

Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans for federal construction and facility improvement projects from planning through completion. Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and technical professionals while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multiple simultaneous projects. Conduct field inspections to verify construction quality, compliance with codes, and industry standards, and review shop drawings and submittals for approval. Coordinate activities with field personnel, resolve issues proactively, and prepare weekly status reports for leadership and stakeholders. Collect requirements, develop scopes of work, and manage contract modifications and change requests to ensure accurate project records.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience managing complex construction, renovation, or facilities projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated experience developing project management plans and leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project lifecycle management.
  • Ability to monitor project performance and prepare clear, concise project status reports and executive-level communications.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple organizations.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation.
  • Previous experience supporting federal construction, facilities, or infrastructure programs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing new building construction projects preferred.
