Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Independently manage the full scope of critical environment construction projects, including data centers, hospitals, and labs, while mentoring teams and overseeing schedule, scope, and budget. Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning to maintain the client's vision. Ensure timely invoicing, secure add-services opportunities, and conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments. Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, vendors, and other teams to resolve issues, manage conflicts, and guide informed decisions. Work onsite in Cheyenne, WY approximately 3-5 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- thorough understanding of the building design and construction process
- Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
- 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects
- MEP experience in ground-up construction
