Lead and deliver large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule constraints. Address field or material issues promptly and guide the development of the project team to run complex, multi-million dollar projects. Requires 10+ years of construction PM experience, preconstruction or estimating background, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam or similar tools. Be accountable for project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
