Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead public and commercial large-scale projects in the Southeast, overseeing field supervisory personnel and subcontractors, interfacing with owners, Architects, and Engineers, and driving project execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating staff; supervising PMs; negotiating with owners; approving budgets, schedules, and contracts; conducting jobsite audits for time, cost, quality, and safety; managing overtime and cost-efficiency; ensuring compliance with Quality Improvement Plan and regulatory requirements; maintaining strong stakeholder relations. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or related field), minimum 6 years in construction management with preference for 10+ years on large projects, and General Contractors license preferred. Required Qualifications
