Senior Construction Project Manager (Facilities Asset Management)

Senior Construction Project Manager responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale hospitality, commercial, and industrial construction projects from creation through completion. Focus areas include safety compliance (OSHA), planning and development (design, budget, cash flow, EFCs), scheduling (critical path and man-loading), contract development and management, change orders, cost forecasting, and detailed financial/guest impact reporting. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Partners, Clients, and management to meet project goals on time and within budget. Proactively mentor an early career project manager and support participants from the Professional Intern Program. Preferred experience in a Theme Park environment and advanced project/construction management education (MBA preferred). The role emphasizes strong technical competency with construction management software and Microsoft Office suite, as well as rigorous attention to detail and organizational skills.
