Job Summary
Lead project kickoff, schedule development, resource coordination, and field execution planning for commercial and industrial fencing, guardrail, gates, bollards, and site construction projects from award through closeout. Manage multiple active projects by directing field crews, overseeing subcontractors, and coordinating materials, equipment, inspections, permits, and staging logistics. Maintain project budgets, track costs, process change orders, and handle final billing while conducting client meetings, site visits, and punch list completion. Ensure compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and contractual obligations using Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms. Collaborate with leadership to improve scheduling, documentation, QA/QC, and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing commercial fencing, guardrail, gates, site construction, or light civil construction projects for a contractor or division with $30M+ in annual revenue
- Hands-on field leadership experience managing construction crews, subcontractors, daily field coordination, and on-site installations
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Experience improving scheduling workflows, documentation procedures, QA/QC processes, reporting, or installation efficiency
- Daily experience using construction scheduling software
- Experience utilizing digital construction documentation systems such as Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for project cost tracking
- Experience using smartphone and tablet-based construction field management tools
