Job Summary

Senior Construction Project Manager II/III responsible for coordinating the construction team (in-house trades and/or contracted vendors) to ensure timely, high-quality work; consult with architects and engineers on field conditions; set deadlines, monitor progress, and prepare status reports; ensure permits, approvals, insurance, and signoffs are obtained; develop and publish construction schedules; lead progress meetings; track submittals and RFIs; manage changes to project scope and contract disputes; prepare for substantial and final completion inspections; maintain meticulous records; hours 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year high school diploma or educational equivalent with five years of full-time satisfactory experience managing and/or inspecting construction projects with total cost of at least $300,000 per year; OR one year of experience plus a baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or related field; OR one year of experience plus a valid professional license (PE/RA/Landscape Architect); OR combined education/experience totaling five years as described;
